There are times when a computer security defenses can be accessed via the command prompt. To avoid the things that we do not want, at least reduce the "one fears," we can make the command prompt can not be accessed other users.
The steps are as follows.
Click Start> Run> then type gpedit.msc and hit enter or OK and then some time will show the Group Policy Editor.
Then click on User Configuration> Administrative Templates> System>
Then on the right side select (click) Prevent Access to the command prompt box will appear so Prevent access to the command prompt properties
Then select enabled in the options available, then select yes under question Disable the command prompt script processing Also? Then click OK or Apply, then close the windows group policy editor.
